This resource is designed to connect individuals with free help for getting online and to facilitate collaborations between organizations to better serve all Arizonans. The Directory is supported by the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records, a division of the Arizona Secretary of State, with federal funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

While they offer unbiased reviews and advice on media content, a significant part of their mission centers on promoting digital literacy and citizenship. Hives culturally responsive community spaces designed to increase a sense of belonging in the digital world while improving use, adoption, and affinity for technology. IDIA also provides comprehensive impact evaluation.
