The NRTRC serves a seven-state region (AK, WA, OR, MT, ID, WY, UT) to advance the development, implementation and integration of Telehealth through sharing information, leveraging resources and creating a synergistic Telehealth community.

The National Telehealth Technology Assessment Resource Center is based out of the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC), and builds upon the organization’s talents in telehealth as established with the AFHCAN program and products.

CCHP works to advance state and national telehealth policies that promote better systems of care and improved health outcomes, as well as provide more equitable access to quality, affordable health care and services.

The Southwest Telehealth Resource Center (SWTRC) was created to advance the effective use of telemedicine services throughout the Southwest. Telemedicine has been shown empirically to improve access to quality medical care for many patients living in rural and medically underserved areas.

The Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers (the Alliance) is the Primary Care Association (PCA) for Arizona. We exist to support and grow the healthcare safety net that includes health centers, Look-alikes, and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), collectively referred to as Community Health Centers (CHCs), as well as organizations interested in becoming health centers.

The Arizona Telemedicine Program promotes telehealth services by facilitating access to healthcare providers, telemedicine networks, and training programs. They play a crucial role in advancing healthcare delivery through the use of technology and remote healthcare services.

GetSetUp is a virtual older adult learning platform that first focuses on the digital equity/inclusion, then after users understand their device we offer classes in physical health, mental health, workforce development as well as cybersecurity.

ADIN is a growing coalition of organizations and individuals from across Arizona working to advance affordable household and free public internet access, device ownership, digital skills training, online safety and technology support.

Connected Journeys: Stories of Broadband and Digital Equity

Mapping Broadband Health in America is a novel, interactive mapping platform created by the Connect2HealthFCC Task Force.

The Connect2HealthFCC Task Force’s (C2H Task Force) Advancing Broadband Connectivity as a Social Determinant of Health Initiative is based, in part, on the Task Force’s prior and ongoing research and analytics showing a significant correlation between increasing broadband access and improved health outcomes.

The Arizona Community Foundation supports various community initiatives, including funding programs related to digital inclusion, workforce development, and telehealth. They provide resources and grants to organizations working towards community development and empowerment.

AARP is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for older adults. AARP has undertaken several initiatives to promote digital equity among older adults including research and awareness, education and training, and policy advocacy.
